The measured result
What ServiceTitan shows.
I use the same operating dashboard to manage my business that I use to explain this case. For February 1 through September 30, 2026, across all business units, it reported:
| Completed revenue | $1,218,482 |
|---|---|
| Total sales | $1,382,945 |
| Leads | 1,385 |
| Bookings | 563 |

The starting point.
I launched the Delaware business with no prior trade experience. My goal was to build an operation that could generate demand, respond promptly, serve customers well, finish the work, and learn from every result. That required more than adding an AI tool to one corner of the company.
The architecture.
Marketing and calls feed a clear intake process. Booking passes context to dispatch and the field. Open estimates and customer questions trigger follow-up. Completed work flows into billing and the owner dashboard. The dashboard shows what to improve in marketing, staffing, and service. Each part feeds the next, so the system gets more useful as the company grows.
I automated repeatable administrative work where it helped and kept people in charge of judgment, relationships, and the craft. My team could spend more time on the work they do best while I had a better view of what needed attention.
The second trade.
Within six months I added HVAC alongside plumbing. I reused the customer acquisition and operating foundation rather than building a separate back office from scratch, and I did it without a separate capital raise. That is my account of the expansion; ServiceTitan's dashboard verifies the revenue, sales, lead, and booking figures above, not the financing or causal impact of any single automation.
How you can check it.
On a free call, I can show the filtered ServiceTitan dashboard behind these figures. Central Ohio owners can then visit my Delaware operation by appointment to follow a real inquiry through booking, dispatch, field work, and follow-up, and see where AI helps the team. Private customer and employee information stays hidden.
